    Excellent program whether you have back pain or not. Easy to follow. I am feeling better than I have in years. I am off of all the drugs I was taking and getting better day by day. Easy to follow breathing, relaxation and stretching exercises. Answers questions, addresses issues. Has exercises for beginner, beginner in a lot of pain, intermediate and advanced. The book can carry you from incapacitated to healthy and active.
