Il recesso dovrà essere manifestato mediante l’invio nel predetto termine di 10gg di una lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento: DIGIT TRADE SNC – VIA SAN LEONARDO 13 – 73022 CORIGLIANO D’OTRANTO (LE), o, in alternativa, mediante invio di una e-mail al seguente indirizzo g.lagna@libero.it.

Tutti i costi di ritorno dei prodotti sono espressamente a carico del consumatore, il quale, tramite proprio spedizioniere, provvederà all'inoltro dei medesimi presso la struttura logistica di DIGIT TRADE SNC, previa imprescindibile autorizzazione al rientro che verrà assegnata da DIGIT TRADE SNC tramite e-mail.

Tutti gli articoli dovranno pervenire nelle medesime condizioni di ricezione, non utilizzati e completamente integri, provvisti degli imballi originali e degli eventuali manuali, senza alcuna mancanza.

E' opportuno rivestire l'involucro originale del prodotto con altro imballo protettivo che ne conservi l'integrità e lo protegga anche da scritte o da apposite etichette. Solo in tal caso provvederà all'inoltro dell'intero importo versato dal consumatore entro i termini di legge previsti. La DIGIT TRADE SNC provvederà ad accreditare la medesima somma mediante bonifico bancario, il Cliente dovrà comunicare le sue coordinate bancarie (Cod. ABI - CAB - Conto Corrente) la DIGIT TRADE SNC provvederà ad effettuare la rimessa dell'importo dovuto.

Il diritto di recesso decade nella sua interezza quando viene meno la «condizione essenziale di integrità del bene» (imballo e/o suo contenuto), nei casi in cui la DIGIT TRADE SNC accerti: la mancanza dell'imballo esterno/interno originale; l'assenza di elementi integranti del prodotto (accessori, cavi, manuali, parti, ...); un utilizzo del prodotto tale da rendere impossibile il ripristino alle condizioni pre-esistenti alla vendita.
