  • Two Thumbs Up! 5 Stars!

This book was AWESOME. I read it in three days because I couldn't put it down. The author really lets you get to know the characters in the book and tells you background information to help you understand the plot better. I really liked how the mystery started in the first chapter and other mysteries and clues surfaced throughout the book up until the very last chapter. This isn't your typical mystery, as Sara (the main character) is the coroner of the town (she is also a pediatrician) and she tells you about the autopsy and it is in great detail. At times, the gruesome details made me cringe. I am going to read the other books in this series and I am sure that I won't be disappointed!

  • Cover

I had #2 in the series and needed this one first. The cover is not the same as the one advertised. The book is very dusty smelling but it’s down the list to be read so maybe it will air out. Otherwise it’s good and I’m looking forward to reading it.

  • Blindsighted review

I really like this book. I enjoy reading Karin Slaughter's books, because I like the way that she develops the characters in her books. There seems to be a lot of crime in the small town in Grant County, but it does make for an interesting story.
