      Great book of bread recipes.

      I have used it for baking bread for a long time. I misplaced my copy. Who knows where? So I ordered another copy right away. Received it promptly. Nice, clean copy.....which I have immediately put to use. Great collection of bread recipes.

      The only bread cookbook you need

      This book provides instructions that can be applied to most if not all bread machines. It provides detailed explanation of the baking science behind bread making, a broad variety of recipes, and variations of how to apply two different sizes of bread machines. These are written in the standard easy to understand and follow Betty Crocker style. If you can follow instructions, and have a bread machine and this cookbook, you can make great bread.
