Growing instruction on the packet unfortunately what is missing is a warning about how small the seed are - about the size of flea dirt !! and not to open them until you are ready to sew them as they can easily be lost - might be an idea to put a slip of paper in with the items. Postage cost are excessive a first class stamp and a nml envelope would have been ok
