They always have a great attitude towards the customer, but it takes ages to get a response to a question. Almost never they respond if that question isn't related to something already purchased. And dispatch times are never clear in advance, at least to me. Sometimes is a regular dispatch time, but many times they take longer than other stores.

I had to message and ask why the book was delivered so late. Twice. I was unaware of the issue with the publisher change distributor.
