By placing an order with us you accept, and agree to, the content of these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Contract & Goods
We make every effort to ensure all items are accurately described and available for dispatch within the stated time frame. Should an error occur or an item be unavailable we will contact you as soon as possible via email with the option of either reconfirming your order with the correct details or cancelling your order. Should you wish to cancel a full refund of any amount paid will be issued.
In the event that, after you click to buy, we discover an error with the advertised prices or availability, we reserve the right not to supply the goods ordered and to offer a refund or alternative goods.
In the event that some, but not all, of the goods ordered are mis-priced or unavailable we will contact you with the option of either cancelling the entire order, cancelling part of the order or substituting the unavailable goods for alternatives.
We have the right to terminate the contract if full payment for the goods is not received in cleared funds or the terms of this agreement are breached in any way.
Product images are for marketing purposes only and may differ from the actual product in terms of exact colour or finish due to digital variances. Occasionally suppliers change packaging. This does not affect the description or nature of the goods.
You agree that email can be used as the primary means of communication.
All UK VAT applicable products include VAT at the current UK rate in the product cost that you see advertised on our website. A VAT invoice can be supplied on request.

Payment
Payment can be made by any method we offer at the time you place your order.
There will be no order placement confirmation or delivery until payment in full has cleared with us.
Stock levels cannot be guaranteed until such time as payment is made i.e. products held in baskets can still be sold to other parties.
Where a voucher code is available, only one voucher code may be used per order.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship products out as soon as possible, but this will not be the same day as your order. In general, please allow three working days to allow for processing time and make note of the specific delivery times listed on each product page.
If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted on the product page. If you have any questions about a lead time on a specific product please contact us.
Once dispatched orders usually arrive within the time frame stated at checkout. In the case of a lost or delayed item we need to wait at least 14 days after dispatch before a replacement can be ordered. In this case you may also be required to complete a missing item form to verify that the item has not arrived.
We will have no lability to you for any delay in the shipment or delivery of the products ordered.
Should a significant delay occur we will contact you with the option of cancelling your order.
The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order unless agreed in writing.
The customer is responsible for supplying a full and accurate delivery address including postcode and contact number for the person meeting the delivery.
The customer is responsible for ensuring clear vehicular access and for providing instructions on vehicle size, access, and instructions for contacting the person who is meeting the delivery.
In the event a customer places an order and later discovers the address they supplied at time of purchase was incorrect it will be the customer's responsibility to locate the delivery. We will only be able to resend the order once the original order has been returned to us.
In the event that a customer rejects their order when our courier tries to deliver, we will not be liable for any courier charges that may arise in retrieving that order or having it returned back to us. In this case such charges will be deducted from any refund or charged to the customer.
We shall deliver the goods in accordance with your order. A valid signature will be required on delivery. Immediately prior to despatch of the goods to you, title in the goods will pass to you. In the unlikely event that you have not received all the goods within 14 days of the date of delivery, you must notify us immediately.
The courier will deliver the product to the door of the delivery address i.e. the ground floor of a house, or the front door of a flat on second floor.
The courier is not responsible for unpacking or checking of the product and will not remove any packaging or waste.
All goods must be checked upon delivery. Please note that if you sign for the goods in good condition and then advise that the courier has damaged the goods, we cannot be held liable for this and may refuse to provide free of charge replacements. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Before you sign for your goods:
Check the box(es) for damage;
If the box appears undamaged please sign for the delivery;
If when you open the box the goods are damaged please take clear pictures of the damage and also the packaging that the goods arrived in to show that the goods were undamaged before opening;
Cancellation & returns
You may return an item which is damaged or faulty when delivered and we will supply a replacement product. We test all returns and will arrange collection. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery that the product is damaged or faulty and provide photos of the damage.
You have a statutory right to cancel the order within 14 calendar days of delivery and have a full refund (cooling off period). The refund will be issued once the item has been received back and processed. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is found to be damaged or faulty, in which case we will collect if the customer is exchanging for a replacement product.
We cannot accept any items for return which have been specifically manufactured or ordered for you. These items are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations.
We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is returned to us with all of its original fittings and paperwork and appropriately repackaged in the original packaging in good condition.
Before returning any product please contact us for confirmation.
In the case where an item has arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect we may organise a collection or a swap out. In this case we will work with you to arrange a suitable date for this to take place.
We will not be liable for any loss or cost caused if the collection or swap out does not take place at the arranged time.
Items must be returned with all packaging and paperwork in a reasonable state. We reserve the right to levy a surcharge to replace product packaging and paperwork that is missing or returned in a damaged/defaced condition. Where a surcharge is levied this will be a minimum of 25% of the original purchase price.
Any items are returned at your own risk. We strongly advise you to take care when returning items to us by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed & adequately packaged. Returns that arrive back damaged or destroyed as a result of poor packaging will not be accepted.
Warranty
Certain goods are supplied with a manufacturer's warranty. Where applicable this is clearly stated. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If new goods develop a defect during the 12-month warranty period, we will ask you to return the item for replacement. We will not be liable for the costs of any return unless the item is faulty on delivery.
In the case that the item is no longer available or has been through a model change, the closest alternative will be offered at that point in time.
To the fullest extent of the law we disclaim any express or implied warranties with regard to fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for satisfying yourself that the product is suitable for the purpose you intend to use it for.
We do not warrant that any information displayed on or made accessible via our site is complete or up to date and it is therefore the responsibility of the customer to check all details with SHF to ensure the product is suitable, or to request additional information.
