The reset software came on a USB stick and all you need to do is follow the instructions on the stick. After 2 minutes my printer Epson PX730WD was reset allowing me to do maintenance on the printer. (head cleaning and nozzle checks). Shame you only get one unlock code but you can purchase more from the seller. Overall I am very happy with this reset tool (saved me from buying new printer) and I highly recommend the Craft Media for their product
