I bought a Samsung Mini phone from these people and after 2-3 days it became faulty, the on/off switch failed! After getting in touch, I was told to send it back - which I did by registered post and I still have not had a replacement in return! I sent an e-mail again asking where is the new phone and I have had no response!! It leaves me with no choice with myself been out of pocket but to give negative feedback!!

Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini
This phone does exactly what I need it to do. I have fitted an extra long-life battery, together with a new back to allow for thicker battery. Being slightly thicker, I find the phone more comfortable to hold. I have also inserted a 32Gb micro SD card, which allows me to store lots of family videos etc. This is a big advantage over the iphone, which has no facility for extra storage. If I change the phone in the future, I will be able to insert the SD card into the new phone and keep all my video files.This phone does exactly what I need it to do. Arrived very quickly. No instruction booklet but hey that's what Google is for. Need to sort a new SIM as the one I have is too small. Still need to play and get used to it

Its a great mobile for the disabled to use android I have one hand and find it very difficult to use the other very big mobiles I love my Galaxy Samsung S111 it fits in the hand comfortably and I can access the same apps and features like the big mobiles A genuine and trusted winner. Thank you
