The sheet had a small crack (about 5mm) in the sheet that could have occurred in transit, which is a shame. There was also a chip missing from one corner, but it didn't detract from fitting in the frame. It was bought to replace broken glass in a picture frame. Would recommend, and am a returning customer.

Be aware that the dimensions you give them will be the hole in the back of the frame not the viewable area at the front. A nice frame and not really pricey.
