There was a problem when I unpacked the fridge, a dent in the rear corner of the casing. I sent a picture & explanation to the seller. They offered compensation which in my view was not enough, so I asked for a replacement. The seller upped the compensation offer & I was happy to accept as the fridge still worked as it should have.
