Keller gives a good foundation of information about basic ingredients, the physiology of the skin and hair and about the best cosmetic essential oils. Many formulas are given including an entire chapter on natural perfumes.       Great recipes

      I have already used a lot of the recipes in this book and they have turned out great. It has a little bit of everything you might want to make using essential oils. It is so much fun to experiment with various oils and recipes and they are all natural with no harmful chemicals. I think anyone interested in making their own products would benefit from this book.
