Through no fault of there own from the shop where I purchased, my unit arrived from the factory floor all pre packed and sealed when delivered, unfortunately when opened my unit had few defects which was down to build quality from factory floor, straight away customer services could not be any more helpful as they went out their way to organise a replacement from factory floor and arrange replacement and organise new delivery and take the defective unit back. Presently still awaiting. .

Item arrived on time . There was a shelf missing in the package the customer service at Hallowood were very helpful and quickly sorted things out. The delivery service they used to send the shelf was ACP they were very quick and tracking available. Table very easy to assemble and good value for money .
