    If you want a quality, totally waterproof over-trouser, these are hard to beat. They are made with a robust vinyl-like material that has a good feel and is unlikely to rip. However, because they are totally waterproof, there is no breathability so are not a good choice for a waterproof garment worn during vigorous exercice. Excellent service from klassyk07 - thank you.
