After some more mutually agreed waiting, seller offered to send a replacement copy, which turned up within a couple of days of dispatch. Well packaged. As described. Great comms from seller. Not an ideal transaction, but no fault of seller and can’t ask for a better service all things considered. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from again.
