The seller claimed postage from London. Dpd tracking did not exist until I tracked internationally! Coming from Germany parcel dimensions 20x20x10cm! Item was 38.7x33.5x25cm? After 2wks of no tracking and contacting eBay to ask seller to update tracking it never updated! As soon as I messaged seller asking how it was been sent in a parcel smaller than the item itself ? They sent a message stating dpd had lost the parcel it was never posted on international tracking only item advised for 2 weeks!

Item never arrived after chasing a few times. Tracking information was invalid they gave me so was unable to access delivery information from dpd. Customer service on the other hand was great and was issued a refund after two weeks. Had to now purchase item direct from Arebos website. Slightly disappointing experience from this seller. 😞
