Item arrived quickly, well-packaged and safe to collection point. Heats up very quickly, and the smaller plate is easily controlled - very good for simmering as well as heating to very high temperatures. The temperature control on the larger plate, however, only switches on after rotating 180 degrees, which means a gently controlled temperature is more difficult than on the other plate. But all in all, the device works well.
