Per ogni ordine effettuato, Nautica Basile emette nota di vendita (pari ad uno scontrino fiscale). Per l'emissione del documento fiscale, fanno fede le informazioni fornite dal Cliente all'atto dell'ordine. Dopo l’emissione del documento stesso, nessuna variazione sarà possibile.

Qualora si desiderasse fattura, partita IVA e dati di fatturazione dovranno essere specificati nello spazio del messaggio di checkout prima del pagamento.

Non saranno emesse fatture per i clienti che non hanno espresso la suddetta richiesta durante l’acquisto, seguendo la procedura richiesta.

Così come previsto dalla vigente normativa, il termine massimo per denunciare i danni da trasporto a Nautica Basile è di 8 giorni dal momento della ricezione dell’ordine.

Si sottolinea che dovrà essere esplicitato il motivo della riserva in maniera dettagliata. Qualora il pacco o il prodotto dovessero presentare danni visibili, graffi o qualsiasi altro tipo di anomalia ed il corriere si dovesse rifiutare di far apporre riserva specifica, bisognerà rifiutare la merce e segnalare immediatamente (e comunque in modo tempestivo) l'accaduto al servizio di Assistenza Clienti di Nautica Basile.

In ogni caso, fermi restando gli obblighi del venditore in termini di garanzia legale ai sensi degli art. 128 e ss. del Codice del Consumo, Nautica Basile non sarà ritenuta responsabile di eventuali anomalie riscontrate sullo stato del prodotto, dopo l'avvenuta consegna, se il Cliente, in presenza di un'anomalia, abbia accettato il collo senza apporre una specifica riserva (nelle modalità corrette sopra indicate).

The item is exactly what I was after… sadly the extra import duty cost to get the item after I had paid was not. It was not clear on the listing and the seller would not accept that free delivery should include all expenses to my address. You can't really test the product until you drop it in water and then can't use it again. I live on my boat in a marina so I use this on my car keys which would be expensive to replace. At the very least I now have peace of mind.

Good product, but be warned all if these auto inflate keyrings have a very low weight capacity. You will probably need two for your average set if car+ house keys. (No way a poor reflection of this particular product, it's just then norm for this type of floatation keyring)
