    EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Had my phone over 4 weeks, lack of communication, slow to respond, doesn’t keep updated on progress unless you chase. Phone not fixed, phone face hanging off when arrived, more issues on the phone than before it was sent, phone is now locked to a hotmail account (I do not own a hotmail account)! Wifi not working when it was before. Made me pay £25 to back up the data-didn’t advise of fee before doing it. Add says no fix no fee. Description no honoured. Very unhappy.
