EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Had my phone over 4 weeks, lack of communication, slow to respond, doesn’t keep updated on progress unless you chase. Phone not fixed, phone face hanging off when arrived, more issues on the phone than before it was sent, phone is now locked to a hotmail account (I do not own a hotmail account)! Wifi not working when it was before. Made me pay £25 to back up the data-didn’t advise of fee before doing it. Add says no fix no fee. Description no honoured. Very unhappy.

WORST SELLER I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED, BY FAR! Kept phone for 1 month. Told me he fried my phone & it won't even turn on now (it came on before I sent it in), didn't care at all about totally killing my phone & then offered to replace the logic board he damaged for an extra £210 (really!). Then he sent back a totally different iPhone 12. Not enough words to fully describe how much further his scam went but I will be calling the police & make sure ebay close his account. DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMER!

This guy is by far the BIGGEST SCHEMING RATBAG I've ever came across. He agreed to pay me £220 for damaging my phone when I told him I would leave negative feedback, but he paid me using a PayPal transaction which he later charged back by making a false claim once I sent the scam phone back to him. He waited 1 month to send the original phone back then 20 more days to do the chargeback scam hoping the time I could leave feedback would expire. AVOID THIS SKUMBAGG!!!
