Item lid on picture clearly shown as black, but chrome lids arrived! Disappointed and also the 3 of the containers have lines across - and are defective, contacted seller and the was told this is how some containers are manufactured!! Not true at all! Shouldn’t be any marks! Still waiting for goodwill gesture refund! No response from seller!

I dont believe the jars were miss-sold, The description clearly mentions the lid having a chrome finish which is a silver colour and not black. i offered a full refund on return of item and i would also cover postage but you were still looking for "compensation" the jars are not defective at all, the lines you see as you know with a lot of plastic jars are the mould finish. im sorry but i cant give a goodwill gesture when ive offered a full refund and i have responded to almost 8 of your mesgs
