The deflector was shipped in a quick fashion. However the packaging was damaged and 3 of the accessories were lost. Contacted the seller and they quickly replaced the items. I installed and tested the windscreen on my 2006 330Ci BMW and it performed great! I am able to hear the radio playing and if I had a passenger would be able to carry out a conversation with no problem in my opinion. Cost was more affordable than a OEM. Very satisfied with purchased.
