Item listed as new, I recieved an open box, the lid was off the freeze spray, bottle of freeze spray Is half empty. Not great considering its not cheap. Messages won't send to seller for some reason, hence the neutral as I can't contact seller to do anything, but I'd appreciate at least a 50% refund, considering it doesn't match description and arrived half empty. Thankyou for fast dispatch.
