    Amazing

    Love Joe Wicks cook books, I have practically cooked all of the recipes, this is the last book I’m trying out. Never a dull meal, super filling and super delicious! I have a 4 month old son and 2 yr old daughter and I find the meals are quick and easy to follow even with demanding children!

    The quality of the book is great. The recipes not so great. There isn't one recipe I would enjoy eating and most are expensive to buy the ingredients.you would struggle to do this eating plan on a low budget. Mostly fish or cheese, the main two ingredients I don't like.

Of dinners with no repeats and the kids love them too. Win win. I like them too, so far have two books, will be getting the rest when I can afford to?
