    Sufficient weight and good value.

    Very good finish, design and easy to assemble. The post is heavy duty plastic and should not rust if left out in the rain, which is something I have read about metal ones. I have though made a cap for it as the bolt holding it in is steel and will probably rust if left in a pool of water. The weight is sufficient to anchor the parasol in a breeze. The screw mechanism to hold the pole has a plastic 'foot' the shape of the pole and is not just a screw-head biting into the pole.

    Good quality product

    Good quality base, heavy enough to stop the parasol blowing away or falling over. The base came quickly, well packaged and looks good in my garden. It has a screw in the tube which tightens to keep the parasol pole in place.
