I’m sorry about this but the delivery company Hermes now called Evri put it behind my bust bin which is through a gate he didn’t even come to my house and knock on the door I was in all day I even had to wash it as the back of the wrapper was torn and some muck got on the item I would have sent it back but it was for Christmas. I was up set about it I put a complaint in to Evri and told them I would like some compensation but they said only the seller can do that .
