Selections Hardware & Model Shop does not accept responsibility for late delivery, lost or damaged goods. In the event of lost items; Royal Mail will only consider goods to be lost after 15 days from date of postage. They may well contact customers to prevent fraudulent claims.
Refunds for lost goods can only be authorised once the claim has been processed through Royal Mail, however, we will provide a replacement for lost items via 'Recorded Delivery' once the 15 days have past. Please be patient if your item has not been delivered as swiftly as we both hoped, while '1st Class' is usually a next day service, it is not guaranteed.
