Having received item I found that the slate roof was broken on one corner, So a quick phone call to a lovely lady, and they offered to replace the whole item or just the one slate roof. I agreed on just the slate which was promptly dispatched and it arrived very well packed in perfect condition, pre drilled for us to screw on, Thank you for such an easy solution and quick service, would highly recommend this company.

When ordering this bird table I thought £250 was probably overpriced however when received it was a solid/well built table and we are very pleased with it. The Seller shipped it quickly, well packaged and by pallet which was included in the overall price (I’m guessing a considerable amount of money from the purchase price) .
