Some years you just need lametta!
We haven't used lametta on the tree in decades but this year we're going retro-vintage and while modern lametta is not what we recall from our childhood, this packet of modern lametta hangs beautifully on the 'test tree' and really adds to the look. I ran a few strands through a paper-crafting crimper and the resulting look is quite vintage. I'll be buying a few more packets to stock up for future years we want lametta instead of the glass icicles we usually use.
