    Be careful of what you order--read all the information listed.

    Many of the Class 66 bobbins that come in a small package DO NOT work in the bobbin winders on Model 99/99K singers--the 'gap' is not wide enough for the 'drop down' handle to operate - therefore making then useless on those MANY machines. (however they will work on Models 185's and the 192K Spartans. They do not have the drop down handle).

    These bobbins work in my older Singer machine.

    Bought some of this same number bobbin at Joann's but they did not work in my Singer (older machine) I ordered these a few years ago and they worked perfectly. This is my second order of them since I used them all up!

    The bobbins fit my 1961 vintage Singer 401A

    The metal bobbins are the right size for my machine and I had bought some in a retail store that did not fit properly. My 1961 Singer 401A does not seem to work as well with plastic bobbins either.
