Hello, I am letting others know that I had a horrible experience! I even reached out to the seller to try to fix things on our own and not leave bad feedback. The seller had no wish to fix the situation or make it better, or even offer an apology. They said that this is why the item is purchased for $20. I purchased heels that looked perfect in the photos, but when I received them, they were dented & worn. The seller does not care, and did not even apologize let alone make it right, inexcusable!

After getting a complaint from my buyer outside the return window and getting complaints about the problems with the shoes that were pointed out by words & shown with specified pictures, I declined her request, especially after seeing them for sale in her listings.But after a few minutes thinking about it I refunded her 1/2, then the other 1/2, giving her a full refund.She still refuses to remove her terrible, nasty review. I have made it right, that’s all I can do!
