Tracking number was created and item didn't make it to post office until 5 days after tracking number was created . Had to contact them and went unanswered. I assume they create the tracking number so they can get paid as claiming it was shipped. Item was poorly packaged and arrived broken 12 days later after the purchase. I noticed that I'm not the only one that has had this problem with this seller. Seems to be a recurring trend. Beware before you purchase!

Seller shows picture of a bag of 20 or so sticks. Then they send 1 stick for $5. Seller should make the quantity more clear and not imply that they are selling a pack. Having only 1 picture of the product and having that picture display many sticks in one pack is also misleading. I contacted the seller and I was ignored. I gave the seller over 2 days before posting a review.
