What a great company, and what a relief. It's always nerve racking when buying used equipment. I shouldn't have worried, my laptop is awesome. The 64GB RAM and licensed Windows 11 Pro where installed. There is a mark on the screen that's only visible when the screen is off, other than that it looks almost like new. Parcel Force where the only let down, their tracking always said the parcel wasn't received from the sender, and they delivered a day late. 5 stars Seller, 1 star Parcel Force :-)
