    Bad experience. Firstly, I was not sent the item pictured. It was completely different than pic listed. Secondly, although it was packaged very well, it managed to get broken. When I contacted the seller and sent pictures of the broken item, seller still will not refund my money immediately. I had to wait until they received the returned item. Very inconvenient to return a broken piece and have to wait on my substantial refund that was not my fault. Past experiences, seller refunded immediately
