    Not the best, not the worst

    I bought this book for an Investment Analysis & Financing class. Because I don't have extensive experience in this field, the book is a little hard to comprehend. I wish there were more examples (some simple, followed by more complex ones) to illustrate key formulas and concepts. However, overall I do feel that I am learning some basics including the time value of money, return on investment, etc.

    good product

    I bought this book for a class. The book does a great job of explaining how to calculate different things relating to real estate such as the NPV and mortgages. I thik it can focus a bit more on general principals.
