    I'm pleased with the shoes; they match the description and the photos. However, the packaging was minimal— the shoes arrived in the box without any protective wrapping. The seller simply wrapped the box with packaging tape, without any effort to cover it in plastic or add extra protection. Luckily, the shoes arrived undamaged. I was surprised to receive them in such poor packaging.

    These were posted out via Royal Mail who are a good courier. You don't need to double package everything. It creates more waste and is not an environmentally friendly practice. I deliberately chose this courier as I knew they wouldn't get damaged. I avoid certain couriers as they have a reputation for not treating their packages with respect.
