- *****- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseMost of the buttons were fine, had an issue with one of the bumpers; after switching buttons several times to narrow it down to the issue being the actual bumper, although I personally couldn’t see a difference between the bumpers, it may have been something slight like size difference - I contacted the seller to which they reply that I was fitting it wrong and there was no issue, poor customer service.Reply from: gz-sales- Feedback replied to by seller gz-sales.- Feedback replied to by seller gz-sales.The buyer made contact and said one of the Xbox 360 buttons was not working right, when asked for a photo they would not provide one and after asking several times they said the buttons where fitted? And they would have to take the controller apart? The buyer was asked to return the full set as they were not happy but chose to keep the already fitted buttons and leave bad feedback? Why keep something if its not working, just saying! poor customer service because i would not just refund you
