    Not really Heavy Duty.

    Described as "Heavy Duty", I expected a more robust product. The metal is soft and it's poorly designed - it can't be screwed to a flat surface without the back plate warping causing the flow of the bolt to be obstructed. I suppose, for the amount I paid, I really should have known better. I'll be wiser next time.

    Not robust thin metal poor quality

    Thin steel poor riviting of padlock keeper, looks typical made in China quality To make it better you would have to change the specification and have it made elswhere, this would undoubtly increase the cost.

    Cheap rubbish

    Before I even screwed this to the gate, it fell apart. That is, the "crook" on the bolt came out of its hole, due to lack of soldering/welding. Shoddy workmanship/quality control.
