    Posted late due to personal problems, I didn't give bad feedback to give them chance to resolve issue, got a post office card through my door saying postage wasn't paid and when I tried to track it, it wasn't available. Been in contact with them trying to resolve and they asked me today for details on the post office card, before I could reply with the details they closed the case (3 hours later), now I have no item or refund. Bought this book because of sentimental value, so disappointed.
