Consequently the wheel and the winding handle had punctured the box in several places and had almost 'escaped' ! The package was so distressed that the delivery driver was ashamed of its condition,explaining that it arrived at her depot in that state. MORE PACKING!!

Appearance was as expected not dented or looked damaged in anyway at all.

I got a message from the carrier Evri on the 14th saying it was delayed. It was delivered late on Monday 16th. I have found repeatedly that whenever Evri has been the carrier this delay has occurred. I recommend you discontinue Evri and use a better carrier. The item was exactly as ordered. Thank you. Mike.
