Laptop was as described, and the battery life is good. Managed to get used to Windows 11 pro after using Linux for so long. Easy to install apps, the screen quality was good. Not too much stuff preinstalled, just anti virus and teamviewer/vlc. Reinstalled the latest version of Chrome.

The laptop seems in very good condition and so far I'm very happy with it. The packaging it came in was perfect and using Parcelforce meant that it was undamaged rather than some parcels that have arrived by courier companies which have been very beaten up. Seems great value for what I paid and I'm looking forward to using it more. I've just had to contact the supplier to as a question, got through straight away and the question was answered quickly, so good customer service.
