Buyer left this feedback in frustration as buyer chased us on Saturday as we do work monday- friday so could not reply to the customer as the customer got the product but the packaging was broken . This was happened from the royal mail side due to mishandling of the parcel during transit packaging was broken and dirty. this thing not under our control. we understand the feelings and frustration of the buyer
