The tray itself appears to be made from high quality, durable and non-brittle plastic, and is better quality than the original brittle tray that came with the dog crate. Ebay was the only site I found stocking the size I required; 35inches x 25inches (89cm x 83cm) Other sites stocked much smaller and greater sizes only.

It's finally arrived and it's perfect. Very well packaged, and completely as described. Shame about FedEx
