The first DVD in this remarkable and beautifully produced DVD anatomy atlas explores the fundamental structures of the Upper Extremity. DVD 1 consists of three sections, describing: The ShoulderThe Arm and ForearmThe Hand These DVDs show you true images of real, exquisitely dissected human anatomical specimens, in three dimensions. As the camera moves from one viewpoint to another, the specimen appears to rotate in space, letting the viewer experience it as a three-dimensional object. Aclands DVD Atlas uses fresh, un-embalmed specimens that retain the color, texture, mobility--and beauty--of the living human body.A concise synchronized narration runs throughout the program. As each new structure is shown, its name appears on the screen. There is a self-testing feature at the end of each section. Specific content can be accessed through detailed searches of the index and table of contents. For students, Aclands DVD Atlas is a time-saving aid to first-time learning, an effective way to relearn anatomy for clinical rotations, and a time-efficient tool for review. For clinicians in training and in practice, it assures a swift renewal of anatomic knowledge. For teachers, Aclands DVD Atlas shortens the time needed to provide immediate, satisfying explanations of three-dimensional structure.Click here to view sample clips of Aclands DVD Atlas of Human Anatomy. The seller lost the cables, but provided a partial refund and ordered a new cable free of charge. (they also gave the option of a full refund) The packaging was very good! The item arrived in perfect condition thanks to an oversized box with many laters of protective materials. Overall, while I'm a bit sad about the missing original cables, the seller did everything they could to make it right! Awesome experience!

  • Aclands DVD Series of the human Body

Very much recommend this series. Very detailed, clearly explained and thorough. It’s not for the faint hearted though, some pretty graphic imagines and videos of actual human corpse are used to explain various parts of the body and how they operate. Obviously, the fact the series is endorsed & recommended by the United Stares Surgeons Association states the authenticity and quality of the product and it’s content
