Worked flawlessly to play old top loading Nintendo on new TV
Purchased this RF demodulator to play my old top loading Nintendo on a new TV and it worked perfectly. Unfortunately, the top loader does not have AV outs like the original NES, but it is a much more reliable system overall (no blowing on the cartridges) so I wanted to keep it. I felt the cost was a bit pricey for what it does, but I appreciate not having to keep an old TV or VCR around just to play some vintage games. Lastly, I'm sure many people may have seen those pre-programmed mini NES systems that have 30+ games built into them. I bought and returned one of these because the system had poor sensitivity and wasn't representative of the true NES experience. Meanwhile, the RF demodulator was spot on without any impact to the play.Purchased this RF demodulator to play my old top loading Nintendo on a new TV and it worked perfectly. Tested on my 4K TV with NES-101 (top loader)
Works great! Obviously scaling up to 4K makes for some visual effects that are not the best, but that is not the fault of the device, just the system was made for like 320p. I just wish there was a higher demand for this kind of thing because the price for it is a bit steep.

Perfect for vintage computers
I bought this to hook up vintage computers (ZX81, Timex Sinclair 1000, TRS Color Computer) to a modern LCD monitor with composite input. This device gives a good strong clean (considering the sensitivity of RF) signal. Dead simple to use, too! Really pleased to have found this gadget!
