But the seller is refusing to supply a shipping label, and they are "gumming up" the return process by telling ebay that they have. What they have supplied is an address in Chinese characters (I assume an address in China) but no return label. And the package came from Pennsylvania via FedEx! So they could just provide a FedEx return label, but they won't.
