Item arrived, I wasn't too happy initially with the second hand item being out of stock given this is an auction site. I then wasn't too happy with the customer service though they did end up giving a better discount on a new one which was still more expensive. I just wish the service rendered was more forthcoming given the mistake was there's and not mine. I had to push it out of them. In the end I received what I was after. I hope they get better in this department. The item is good

Fast delivery but not a great experience. Sent the wrong cage even though the listing title says works with black magic 6K pro, it does not. Wasted an entire day trying to make the cage fit as we thought we were doing something wrong as per the listing title.
Film crew days wasted as a result. Seller wanted another £100 for the right part more than what Amazon was charging.
Then had to buy the right part from Amazon and left £330 in the red for over two weeks as a result .
