However, appears new and is the real deal and I know how to calibrate if necessary. I've tried several different instant probes and still think Thermopen ONE is the best. The seals fail eventually in professional use but they are a must have product in a restaurant kitchen. Great price at £40. I would buy another.

All I can say is that it arrived on time. It looks like the one we already possess. And if it performs the same then it will be spot on. A good gift for my son.
