This was caused by a Royal Mail failure to deliver and a latent demand for excess weight payment although the 1st class large letter stamp was more than adequate for 2nd.class mail at the quoted weight . This was No fault of either seller or the buyer.

    Got a card from post office saying I needed to pay £1.50 as wrong postage on item I bought the cd because cheaper and no case could have bought on at £3.49 with case. Been in touch with seller they won t refund and with the back and forth messages too stressed to take it further so just putting Since then also the cd has not worked properly and skips on a few tracks so ended up costing me 3.49 with the extra postage 1.50 have reluctant changed it to neutral
