Maintenant un point qui m'échappe, il y a la possibilité de "faire une offre", je n'ai pas reçu de contre-offre mais un refus non motivé ?
Lorsque je reçois des offres de vendeurs, à chaque fois et toujours lorsque je refuse, je motive mon refus en remerciant pour commencer puis je dis pourquoi, avant une formule de politesse bienveillante !
Là un refus sec, manque de respect, cette possibilité de "faire une offre" est inutile !
